Our Return policy is simple. If you don't like the material contact us and we will return your money. No fuss and no questions asked. Conditons do apply. For ebooks returns must be request 60 days from the date of purchase. For paper back books you must contact us within 60 days from the date of purchase. Once you contact us a shipping address will be provided so you can mail the book back. Postal and handling will be paid by the customer. We can only refund your money from books purchased from booksbychris.com. Amount of refund does not include the initial cost of shipping.
