 Christopher Ruiz resides in the beautiful suburbs of Kansas City, where he is currently working on  a second inspirational book concerning his daughter.

Ruiz was born and raised in the state of Kansas where as a kid he had aspirations of playing football in the NFL. The closest he came to that dream was a 2 year career with a semi-professional team where he played wide receiver and special teams.

Being an advocate for the community Ruiz is a baseball coach for a little league team and also serves as President for a youth baseball organization in his city.

Ruiz enjoys writing about his life experiences and sharing them with his readers. He recently earned  an M.B.A. from Ottawa University in 2009. In addition to writing his hobbies include guitar, jazz music   and sports. However, his greatest past times are spent with his beautiful family.
